Double facer machine

l        The size of heating plate is 520*175mm. It adopts segment snaking crossing steam supply.

l        Surface of the heating plate is grinded. Chrome plating is optional.

l        Pressure roll pressing system, short roll pressing system and heat plate pressing system are optional in the heating section.

l        Hydraulic and electric control is optional for lifting and lowering of the pressing system.

l        Upper belt is equipped with the pneumatic tension system and automatic deviation rectifying system.

l        Driving part adopts oil dipping gear-box and frequency driving system.

l        The surface of the driving roll is rubber coated with drum-shaped structure.

l        It is equipped with famous domestic or imported high quality conveyor.

l        Temperature display system is optional.
