Function and Features:

         HLW11NC series rolling machine for ship-building is mainly used to roll arc boards like ship shell etc. and to roll groove bulkhead. According to customer’s requirement, it can be designed into symmetric and asymmetric three roller rolling machine, there is a rigid beam above upper rollers. And there are groups of support rollers between the beam and upper rollers and also below the lower rollers, thus to improve the rigidity of upper rollers and lower rollers. All the three rollers are driving rollers.

         The rolling machine for ship-building can be of the below types:
    a) symmetric up-adjusting: The upper roller can do vertical movement while the two lower work rollers remains the same position.

    b) lower rollers overall horizontal down-adjusting: The upper roller can do vertical movement while the two lower work rollers do horizontal movement as an entirety.   

    c) lower rollers separate horizontal down-adjusting: The upper roller can do vertical movement while the two lower work rollers do horizontal movement separately.  
    d) upper roller universal type: The upper roller can do both vertical and horizontal movement while the two lower work rollers remains the same position.
