Our Full Auto Laminator applies for the lamination of glossy cardboard labels and corrugated or cardboard substrates.

1 FEEDER

Easy feeding with strong sucking force. The label can be stacked as high as 1.8 meters. The recyclable paper stack can be refilled without stopping the machine.

2 SUBSTRATE BOARDS FEEDING

3-ply or 5-ply substrate boards, tightly attached to the punched belt by the strong sucking force, are sent to the meeting section with labels in a fast, accurate and stable manner.  

3 GLUING AND LAMINATION

Glue is detected, refilled, recycled by full auto glue-supply system, and evenly applied on the board surface. The digital scale for the width adjustment is easy to handle. The upper and lower board pushers can feed the cardboards into the laminating section synchronously. The side panel can keep the precision of the pasting precision. The registration can be adjusted even during operation process to minimize the waste.

4 TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

Imported top quality powerful synchronous belt presents accurate speed ratio, reliable transmission, lower noise and less defects.
