Description
The machine can automatically load tubes, check color codes, fill, seal, stamp batch numbers, cut ends and exit tubes. The plastic or aluminum-plastic tube with diameter 16-60mm, length 60-258mm is available.
The procedure is operated by switch button and controlled by PLC. The whole machine adopts original air heater and hot-air heating system which can form high and steady flux to blow the hot air into the tube, melt the plastic and stamping serrate and identification numbers. It can seal firmly with high speed cannot damage the surface. The parts which touch the filling material directly are made of stainless steel. It can be widely used in daily cosmetics, medicine, toothpaste, food, lubricant and other industries.
