Structure Features
This machine has the advantage of three in one drive, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical drive. After the pre-setting of function data, it will run automatically. And the action of the different procedures can be adjusted individually. So the machine is easy to operate with high production efficiency. The sheet-feeding is stable and accurate by using frequency conversion.Both the sheet width and feeding length can be stepless adjusted in the regulated range. So it is more suitable to the requirements of mould layout and it is sheet material-saving.The heater adopts up and down heater double heating with vacuum far infrared heating block, sectional pressure adjustment and automatic temperature control system, and is equipped with water-cooling baffle device. The sheet is heated evenly, the pre-heating time is short, low power consumption and the product forming quality is high.The heater is equipped with a pneumatic push-and pull device which can move away from the heating area when malfunction appears to ensure production safety.Equipped with air-cooling and spray-cooling device, the product shaping is fast after forming, suitable for product forming of metal mould and non-metal mould.It adopts electric material-feeding structure, material feeding is more accurate, especially suitable for thin sheet.The cutter adopts special twin move-clip plate, it is more suitable for the page-cutting of products with irregular shapes, like convex & concave shapes.
