STRUCTURE FEATURES

This machine is easy to operate, low malfunction rate, high-speed and strong cutting force.The main shaft is fixed with a self-lubricating bearing which can reduce abrasion and extend service life.Adopts solenoid valve stroke switch to control the lower limited position of the stroke with high precision, which raise the quality of shoes manufacturing. Time relay controls the back-rise position of the pressure plate, simple and convenient.Cutting die setting device is very easy and convenient, which facilitates the adjustment of high/low cutting die, fast and accurate.

 

APPLICATIONS

 

This machine is used for cutting operation of blister products, leather, plastics, nylon cloth, paper board, cotton and compound fabrics and non-metal materials, especially for the cutting of wide materials with single layer or multi layers.
