The CWE Viking Hot Air Sealer uses the principle of heat transfer by convection.  It operates using ambient air and transferring it to specifically designed heating capsules.  These are passed over a heating cartridge to heat the air near the bag mouth, and blown onto the bag to activate the sealing process.  This machine also features the latest PID temperature control.

 

The latest innovations in the field of hot air sealing, give the machine the ability to seal thicker bags of polyethylene, coated, laminated or even complex bags with a polyethylene inner liner. Using an electronic, constant temperature control system and a smooth, speed-adjusting transmission, the Viking is a smart solution to your bagging needs.

 

How It Works:

The temperature controller is set to suit the bag type to be sealed.  The open mouth of the filled bag is guided to the in-feed section, gripped and supported by mobile rubber belts.  The bag moves through opposing streams of hot air, creating a molten band of plastic and passed through pressure rollers to complete the weld, before leaving the machine.
