Specification of Polyester Powder Coating
1. Introduction
This series of products are mainly made of antelope based on polyester resin, commonly named heat resistance powder coating for its superior heating resistance.
2. Uses
(1) Construction Material. Spraying on the aluminum of the doors and windows .
(2) Road Signs Stake.
(3) Auto Industry.
(4) Traffic Apparatus: The accessory or hoop of the automobile and motorcycle, bicycle body and road bar etc.
(5) Household Appliances. The outer cover of air conditioner and gas stove boarded.
(6) Family Apparatus: The apparatus of garden, handrail and bar, etc.
(7) Others: Agricultural apparatus and Wire poles, etc.
3. Products Series
We can offer the standard type and low-temperature solidification type powder coating products, including high gloss (more than 86%), gloss (76-85%), semi-gloss (50-75%), sub-gloss (20-50%) and non-gloss (under 20%) products. Color shades can also be made according to the customers requirement.

5. Curing Conditions
200oC(temperature of work piece) 10 minute

7. Average coverage rate
9-12 square per kg, membrane thick is 60 μm (calculated as the 100% usage rate)
8. Packing
Carton packaging, with polyethylene chloride bag, the net weight is 20 kg.
9. Storage
The products must be stored in dry room with good ventilation, with temperature lower than 30oC and should avoid direct sunlight. Prohibit to piling up in the open. Under this condition, the powder can be steadily maintained for one year, expired products still can be used provided testing results meeting the utilization standards.
10. Health and Safety
This powder coating is a kind of nonpoisonous product but the inhalation of the dusts should be avoided. An operator should wear an anti-dust mask and try best to avoid long-time contact with the powder coatings.
