High temperature energy-saving coatings

The thermal transmission is mainly by radiated when the furnace working temperature higher more than 700 degree centigrade. Using the coatings BSD-109 can raise the heat radiate rate from 0.35 to 0.88.

The heat radiate rate will be 96% when use the BSD-108 coating in its working temperature 700-1400 degree centigrade. It raises the temperature of furnace body significantly.

The BSD-109 coatings contain cobalt oxide 40% min which have strong radiation character, can radiate far infrared wave strongly. As you know, the far infrared waves have strong force of penetration which can bring energy level transition by absorbing wave to the heated object. So then the furnace can be heated uniform, less the heated time, saving the energy.

Characteristics:

1. Surrounding friendly, no pollution and safe

2. Energy-saving more than 20%

3. Excellent thermo stability in temperature 1400°C degree centigrade

4. Excellent corrosion resistance to any gas

5. Excellent heat radiation, replacement rate

6. Excellent scour resistance

7. Excellent protection to the furnace lining, keep glossy in high temperature
