Brief introduction:
WPU-066 is waterborne polyurethane dispersion with functions of self-cross linking. It was synthesized with water as dispersion medium, adopted advanced formula design ideas and production process. Water-based coating film formulated by this resin has excellent performances such as high fullness, good flexibility and elasticity, good gloss, good water resistance, and abrasion resistance, Eco-friendly, non-toxic as well as harmless to human body.

Features:
1. Soft and elastic, high gloss, good fullness, and excellent water resistance and abrasion resistance
2. Active reactivity with amino resin, formed film have good flexibility, excellent chemical resistance

Applications:
1. Water-based metallic baking enamel ;
2. Water-based plastic coatings for PVC,ABS,PET and other substrates;
Application guidelines:
1. Can be used as one-component coating, medium drying.
2. Can be diluted with water, good compatibility with non-ionic and anionic water-dispersible polyester resin, water-dispersible alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions and water dispersible PU curing agent;
3. Can be adjusted to the desired viscosity by thickening agent
4. When using organic acid as catalyst, the baking temperature can be reduced appropriately
5. Users can adjust the amount of curing agent according to their own requirements, generally, an amount of 20-25% resin 6. adequate to meet the requirements
7. Adding suitable coupling agent according to different substrates can enhance film properties
8. It is non-yellowing, can be used for light color substrates.
9. Painting method: spraying, curtain coating, dip coating, etc.;
10 Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking

Packaging and storage:
1. 15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG plastic drums;
2. Stored in 100% dark light tight container;

4. The shelf life will be significantly reduced at high temperature or exposure conditions;
5. Shelf life is six months from production date stored in sealed containers.
