General Description of Product
The anti-infrared heat effect (heat reflection) coating is simply referred to as heat reflection coating. The heat reflection coating means to reflect the near infrared rays and heat of sunlight to atmosphere with specific wavelength in the form of reflection and to attain the purpose of favorable heat insulation and temperature reduction. The heat reflection coating has high reflectivity, high emissivity, low coefficient of heat conductivity and low coefficient of heat accumulation to the near infrared heat radiation wave range (680-1350nm) of sunlight, and it is an energy-saving and consumption-reducing product with outstanding effect of heat insulation and temperature reduction.

The near infrared reflectivity is as high as 90% or above and it can effectively prevent object surface passively absorbing sun heat radiation, and the stronger the sun radiation is, the greater the temperature difference of object temperature rise is; the temperature difference may be as high as above 25 and it can effectively improve the intense heat environment and abate the heat island effect, and can reduce the heat conductivity; external temperature of object can be reduced by over 35% and internal heat or cold energy can be preserved about 70%. The heat insulating coating has good dirt resistance and can be self-cleaned by rainwater, and has excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and atmospheric corrosion and good weather resistance, without pulverized. The coating has light mass convenient to apply and long life easy to maintain and is safe and environmental-friendly, free from benzenes, glycol ether and the esters thereof and other harmful substances that do harm to human health and pollute environment.

The heat reflection coating can be applied in different fields, such as industry, traffic and building fields with the greatest energy consumption.
