The heat reflection serial products are special functional coatings developed particularly for sun radiation  (near infrared heat radiation), and that have relatively high reflection and action on light and heat and can greatly abate high temperature hazards arising from ground objects passively absorbing sun radiation. The heat reflection coating has high reflectivity, high emissivity, low coefficient of heat conductivity, low coefficient of heat accumulation and other thermodynamic properties to the near infrared heat radiation wave range (780-1300nm) of sunlight, and is a energy saving and consumption reducing product with outstanding heat insulation effect. 

The heat reflection coating has as high as above 90% emissivity to near infrared of sun, and if applied to the object surface, it acts as a light and thin sunproof cloth in hot summer, to make the object actively reflect and not absorb heat rather than passively absorb heat in the past; the temperature drop difference may be as high as above 15-5. If the heat reflection coating with high efficiency is applied to the outer wall of petrochemical product storage tank, it can prevent the outer wall of storage tank from absorbing heat and reduce the heat in atmosphere penetrating through the outer wall to maintain internal heat or cold energy not dissipating, and moreover, the stronger the sun radiation is, the higher the ambient temperature is, and the greater the temperature difference of coating is, and it not only can prevent the hidden danger to safety, caused by internal temperature rise and over pressure in storage tank and ensure safe storage and transportation of stored medium, but also can reduce evaporation and discharge loss of stored medium and abate the environmental pollution, and more curtail the expenses of water and electricity and invaluable energy resources consumed by temperature reduction by water sprinkling equipment, and ultimately really attain the purpose of lowering energy consumption by technology.    

The innovation of the technology is to comprehensively apply multi optical reflection heat-insulating materials and technological means and to complement each other's advantages, and moreover, give play to their respective excellent heat insulation property; triple insulation technologies are applied to such three heat transfer means as heat radiation, heat conduction and heat convection. The heat reflection coating is not only integrated with heat radiation reflecting, heat conduction isolating and heat convection retarding properties and good weather resistance and self-cleaning property, but also features high decorativeness, light mass, easy application, maintenance free, long life and low VOC free from pollution to environment; the coating film does not adhere to ash and is acid and alkali corrosion-resistant. The heat reflection coating has outstanding effects of heat insulation, temperature drop and energy consumption reduction.
