Products features

Main Application
 It is applicable to waterproof projects like roofs, basements, exterior walls, tunnels, canals, drinking water pools, swimming pools, cooling ponds, kitchens, bathrooms and balconies.

 

Technique Data

Points for attention

1. Construction is not allowed to carry out under rainy weather in the open air or under temperature lower than 5°C.
2.During construction, keep ventilating the site, mixed coatings should be used up within half an hour.

3. Unspent mixture must be sealed and prevent powder materials from moisture. 

4. It is supposed to be stored in storehouse under indoor temperature above 5°C.Quality guarantee period is 6 months.

Construction Requirement

1.Working face need to be leveled, firm, clean, without pounding water.  Cracks should be mended if any. The internal and external corners should be arc-shaped. Too dry base needs washing before construction.
2. As Per  Liquid material: powder material=1:0.4(Type 1) or 1:0.6(Type 2) or 1:1(Type3)(in terms of weight).  Agitate the mixture uniformly with agitators before using it as primer.
3.Slowly, add the powder material into the liquid while agitating it for 5 min with the agitator. Shortly, the mixture is usable.  Proportioning as follow: Liquid material: powder material=1:0.8(Type 1)or 1:1.2(Type 2)or 1:3(Type3).

4.Coat the base by squeegee with more times and less quantity of very time.  Every time of coat should not be too thick and before the previous time of coating is dry enough, further coating should not be carried out.

5.Method of using fiberglass mesh fabric: Generally, coatings should be painted twice. Shortly after the primer is coated, fiberglass mesh fabric should be installed and leveled by measures. When the

surface of primer is dry (not hard dry), Construction of setting coat can be carried out.
