Product features

Construction Points
1.treatment: before construction, Base must be clean, firm, leveled without ponding water or contaminants like dust and oil stain. If any, racks on the base or notch grooves at pipe roots should be filled with sealing material.
2.Partial Treatment: before blade-coating for large-area, paint joints like internal and external corners and roots of pipes for 2-3 times. If carcass is needed to reinforce the coating layers, it is supposed to be installed between coating layers.
3.Coating Waterproof Layer: while installing the membrane for large-area, it is better to paint it several times(generally2-3times) to make the coating thickness meet designed Stipulation.Second time of coating can not be carried out until the first coating is too dry to be sticky to hands. And brushing directions of different times should be perpendicular to one another.
4.Top Coat Installation: Paint the surface by roller for one time with a little water diluting the coating. It can improve effect of temper and smoothness.
(Water amount blended no more than 10% total weights)
Points for Attention
1. During construction, the air temperature at the site is supposed to be higher than 5°C. It is no good to paint the coatings while the base is with ponded water or it is rainy.
2.It can be diluted by adding a little water if its viscosity is too high.
3.Maybe there is layer phenomenon shortly after the drum is opened; it is applicable after getting it stirred homogeneously.
4.Construction of protective layer and decorative coat can not be carried out before waterproof coating layer become completely dry.
5.To the benefit of curing, keep ventilation during indoor construction.
6.Please clean out eyes with clean water without delay if they are splashed with the coating.
Suggested Dosage
For Thickness of Coating Film 1.0mm, quantity of coating required is about 2.2kg/m2 .
Transportation & Storage
1.It is not flammable and explosive; it can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, keep it from sunshine, freezing, rain, compression and collision. And keep the packing in perfect condition.
2.In storage, keep it ventilation and drying and from direct sunlight. storage temperature is 5°C~35°C and quality guarantee period one year.
