Products features

1.Super permeability, internal concrete permeable crystallization makes it resistant to breakage.

Main Application
The Waterproof materials liquid is widely used on waterproof and protective works of industrial and civil constructions like underground projects, metro, tunnels, pools and concrete structures of water conservancy projects. 

Technique Data 

Points for attention

1. During construction, gloves, masks and safety goggles against dust are strongly recommended to be worn by workmen.

2.Keep ventilation at construction site, clean up hands after construction.

3.Construction is not a allowed  if the temperature is lower than  5°C.

4. It should be sealed and stored in the shade, ventilation, dry place. 

Storage &Transportation

 Keep it in a dry place.  Under standard condition, quality guarantee period is one year. After testing, if it is qualified, it can put into use further even it is stored more than 1 year.

Construction Requirement

1.Make sure that the base surface is leveled, firm, clean, oil-stain-free, dust-free and without other contaminants. Dry base surface needs wetting in advance and drying up by airing or under the sun until it has not ponding water.

2. Put power materials into a container with clean water while Stirring the mixture until it becomes uniform paste with agitators.
3.Water-adding Proportion

   1)Shelling-out :27% or so(6.5—7L water/25kg powder materials)

   2)22% or so(5.3—5.8Lwater/25kg powder materials)

4.Coat two layers of paints on treated base materials by fur brushes, squeegees or rollers without any place uncoated. The thickness of the two layers should be 1.0-1.2mm or so. Generally, the second layer should be coated 3-4 hours after coating the first layer.
5.The directions of coating two layers of paints should be perpendicular.

6.Further construction can not be carried before the coating is dry.
