Perfect Binding and covering Machine

The Book 3600 consists of: Hand fed, Feeders Station, Jogging Unit, 9 Clamps, Milling and Roughening Station, Glue Station, Cover Feeders and Lay down delivery.

The Book3600 can be used alone with Gathering and Binding. At the same time, it can also be linked with the two sections.

The advantages of Book3600:

·The location of operation and putting the signatures are the same direction, which make it easy to put signatures and trouble-shooting and breakdown maintenance, so this improve the efficiency;

·Two vibration jogging stations of signatures. The criss-cross delivery and the main drive have  the function of jogging, which make the signatures trimmer;

·The Milling Station. It is a piece of paper, not the paper powder, after the milling,which is environmental, and sell at a higher price than the paper powder, save the costs;

·The clamps and the nip and shape station have better rigidity than originally, so the quality of book package is good and durable;

·The delivery. Adopt the metal band(our patent), which avoid the spine dirty and also conducive  to the rapid cooling gel, in addition, easy too clean;

·The Glue Station. Movable gluing spot can be maintained outside of the machine, a timer on the control panel allows the heaters of the glue station to be present to turn on according to daily and weekly schedules.
