XZ-500 Paper Machine

Usage:

Be special for kinds of twill's specification paper tube.

Feature:

Keeping paper part: paper frame is independent to put up. Everyone frame can put up some paper rolls, the layer of paper decision quantity of paper's frame as your request;

Glue tape part: there are some types of glued to your choice, e.g. single, double, pour etc, often adopts shift type. Automatically glue, the glued thickness can arbitrarily adjust by scraper. Independent waxing machine waxes under paper, electric got hot and control temperature.

Forming part: adopts high strong steel tube as mould, hand wheel and oil cylinder adjusts belt degree of tightness, easy to change belt and mould. The same machine can produce difference inner and thickness paper tube.

Driven part: adopts AC motor drives of big power, with inverter control motor turning. Between roller wheel and motor is transmission and performance gear box to connect, smooth turning.

Cutting part: this machine has paper tube cutter, pneumatic type and oil pressure give you choice. Gourd knife or circular saw blade knife cut, precision and smooth.

Data processing: host working adopts PCL center processing system control, photoelectric sensor length, location precision, auto count, cutting synchronization performance is good.
