One of the slitting machine for slit various papers such as kraft paper, cooper paper and composite paper.

Our company has two series of high speed  slitting machines : one is for paper, another is for plastics such as OPP,PVC, PE etc.

Now, i will troudce the slitting machine for paper briefly:

main configuration:

1) the main control: one is 200m/min which adopts PLC, Touch screen,

                             one is 300m/min, it adopts MIC, touch screen, YASKAWA AC servo motor for fixed length,

2) air expansion shaft for winding and unwinding.

3) Winding tension adopts computer simulative dispart shaft.

4) vector inverter as speed regulator.

5) Dynamical transmission part adopts high intension synchronous belt.

7)With such many functions as running well ,fast speed;lower noise and easy to operate ect,it is the first equipment for producing packaging products.
