      open type headbox,basic configuration include rectangle-taper manifold,step-hole plate       diffuser,double rectifier roll with different percentage of opening,

stainless steel lip,the top lip can be adjusted,the width of spouting 

    3.rectangle-taper manifold:

      headbox adopt rectangle-taper manifold inlet pulp to assure pulp diffusion uniform,when pulp enter into the headbox,most pulp flow onto wire through the hole,small part of pulp reflux,at one side of the rectangle-taper manifold there is reflux valve which be used to adjust reflux quantity to make the pulp enter the headbox with equal pressure and equal speed,so pulp can allocate uniformly on wire.

  4. two stainless steel rectifier roll,throat roll fuction to rectify pulp out of hole plate more steady and uniform,gate roll make pulp spouting onto wire suspended and disperse,both iner and outer walls of rolls polished.
