1. All the prices are ex-factory, including the nude packing and crating for overseas freight.
2. Service: The seller will send one engineer for installation, start up and training on the operations in the buyer’s plant. The buyer will be responsible for the two-way air tickets, transportations,salary of USD 40 per day, accommodations and meals during their stay, Also, the buyer should provide all the necessary means and personnel to help on the installation and start up of the machinery.
3. Guarantee of the machinery: All of the machines are guaranteed for one-year. Any parts failed during the guarantee period will be replaced without charge. The worn-out parts, which should be replaced periodically depending on the natural wear out are not covered. Any damage due to the negligence on following up the operation manual is not covered.
Try out of the machinery: The seller will try the machines in the plant, and the buyer will be present for the try out and the acceptance of the machines before shipment.
