ZL-A (1800) Toilet/Kitchen Roll Paper Machine

 Main technical parameters:

1. The maximum width of raw material can be 180cm.

2. The maximum diameter of raw material can be 100cm.

3. Including a band-saw cutting machine.

4. Including an air-compressor.

5. Automatic counting pieces of the roll paper. You can set whatever number you want.

6. Automatic embossing device. We can make it as client’s design.

7. Automatic perforating function. Check the above pictures. We will confirm the distance between two perforation lines as your request.

8. The tail of the roll paper can be sticked half-automatically. There is a narrow trough at the end of the machine; you can add some water in it to stick the tail of the roll paper.

9. Producing speed: about 200m/min.

Optional advanced configurations:

1. Raw materials automatic feeding devices.

2. The device which can adjust the distance between two perforating lines from 10cm to 60cm.

3. Use woolen embossing roller instead of rubber embossing roller.
