Usage:

It is used to rewind BOPP Jumbo Roll,Masking Tape,Double-sided Adhesive Tape,Kraft Paper etc. 

Feature:

Feeding equipment: one-piece style loading material, we have loading material of shaft or non-shaft according your material and request to choice.

Rewinding: It uses air shaft and slip frequency type iron axes, and with double shaft auto exchange function. There is the best that it can go on working when it rewinds. It isn’t loading paper tube and discharge to save time, improve efficiency.

Tension control: rewinding tension adopts magnetic powder, unwinding adopts pneumatic tension control.

Calculating length control: induction exchange calculating length device. Two segment table control rewinding; auto calculating length; precision count length; coiling smoothly.

Safety equipment: this machine is unable to start when tailstock is open to ensure safety operation.

Choice function: you can choose rewinding shaft of 1.5 inches or 3 inches.
