XZ-500 Spiral Paper Core Making Machine
Usage:
Suitable for making kinds of twill paper core,spiral paper tube etc.
Feature:
1). Holding part:
Every independent frame can hold paper rolls.
2). Gluing part:
Automatically glue, the glued thickness can be adjusted by scraper.
3). Forming part:
It adopts steel tube as mould, hand wheel and oil cylinder adjusts belt degree of tightness, change belt and mould easily.The same machine can produce different paper tube.
4). Driven Part:
Adopts AC motor driver with big power, inverter control motor turning.
Between roller wheel and motor is transmission and performance gear box to connect
5). Cutting Part:
This machine has paper tube cutter, pneumatic type and oil pressure for you choosing from.
Round knife or circular saw blade knife cut precision and smoothly.
6). Data Processing:
Host machine adopts PCL center processing system control, photoelectric sensor detects length, location precision, auto count, cutting synchronization performance is good.
