1. Built-in Caller ID function for outside line and extension line which won't be lost even transfered for many times;

2. Call Queuing Function. it can assign dense calls to different extension averagely, which shortens the time of waiting. It is very helpful for 800 hotline and sales department, just let everyone get calls averagely;

4. Flexible Numbering for extension. Leading number is 1,2,8, with a length of 2-4 digits;

5. 6 Class of Services, which can make some limitation on any extentions for some calling in or out, it all depends on you.

7. Automatical IP Economical Routing. It can set two groups( No account code and no password), one is for domestic, the other is for international.
