Multi Column distillation plant
The Multi Column Water Distiller uses purified water as feeds and steam as heating source to produce qualified WFI water.
I. General
Since 1982, the first calandria distiller was produced by imitating FINN-AQUA, we have been devoted to R&D of WFI system technique and equipment. By referencing to advanced technologies and experiences, combined with the national condition of China, we have gradually improved the rationality and completeness of our products, especially in R&D of multi-effect distiller. And in particular, we have achieved four patents:
1). Calandria multi-effect distiller with internal heating and circulation, patent NO: 95243492X
2). Double tube-sheet heat exchanger, patent NO: 98226059.2
3). Oil heating multi-effect distiller, patent NO: 02266514
4). Bidirectional centrifugal separator, patent NO: 200620039558.1
II.Based on URS, our company will be responsible for the following
l Design and calculate
l Equipment manufacture,proper material selection
l Test and inspection, and relevant reports
l Packing, transportation and insurance
l Equipment installation instruction, and installation, debunking on the part of seller
l DQ,IQ,OQ documents
l Relevant training on application and maintenance
Our company will be responsible for equipment design, manufacturing, on-factory testing, on-site installation instruction and final testing. We also bear the responsibility of traceability on material, parts and equipment.
III.LD3000/6 water distiller main technical tarts
The machine uses de-ionized water with conductivity less than 2us/cm and pressure between 0.1 MPa and 0.3 MPa as feeds. Heated by steam, the machine is able to produce qualified pyrogen-free, heavy metal free WFI water.
