This line is composed of QCL100A(80A,60,40) vertical washing machine, KSZ920/140(120,100)(A)or KSZ620/75(60,43,38)(A) sterilizing & drying tunnel, KGS16(10,8, 4)(A) or DGS12(10,8,4) filling & plugging machine, ZG400(300C) capping machine. Each machine can function independently, or be connected as a compact line. It could finish processing procedures such as: water sprinkling, ultrasonic washing, clamping and overturning bottles by manipulator, water flushing(interior and exterior), air flushing(interior and exterior), preheating, drying & sterilizing, cooling, (front gas charging), filling, (rear gas charging), stoppers conveying, plugging, caps conveying, capping and etc. it is mainly used for production of ampoule and vial in pharmaceutical factories
