Appearance
Is a free-flowing white powder consisting of spherical particles. It is cold water dispersible. The powder particles contain vitamin D3 in vegetable oil as droplets of 1-2µm embedded in a Gelatin. The product is stabilized with stabilizer

Applications
For fortifying powder products such as baby and childrens food, dietetic foods, milk powders, and vitamin premixes for food industry.
Stability
In the dry powder, stability is very good even in the presence of minerals. Very little vitamin D is extruded during tabletting. It has a shelf life of 24 months stored in the original unopened container under recommended storage conditions.
Solubility
Dispersible in cold water (approx. 10°C) forming a milky emulsion.
Storage
Store in tightly closed original container, protected from light, in a dry place at room temperature (max. 25°C).
