Property:
1.It is a colorlessor light yellow transparent oily liquid, with evaporated milk taste better.
2.not soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons,with the general organic solvents ( eg alcohols, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, chloroform, etc.)
3.compatibility,almost insoluble in water,and good hydrolytic stability in alkaline solution a small amount of decomposition,

Application :
1.It is both due to the existence of molecular chlorine atoms and phosphate-based, and thus plastic, unsaturated resin ( FRP) Rubber products have significant and increasing flame-retardant plastic properties
