Designed specifically to demonstrate and teach the theory, anatomy, and skills needed to pneumothorax centesis, thoracic closed drainage, and ongoing chest drainage tube maintenance. 

Features:
Standard posture with lifelike anatomical landmarks including sternum, clavicle, ribs, and pleura;
The right side of the manikin has two cut-away viewing areas to provide awareness of the anatomical relationships between skin surface, musculature, ribs, veins, nerves and lungs;
Two puncture sites include:
1. Pneumothorax centesis in the second intercostal space in the midclavicular line;
2. Thoracic closed drainage in the sixth intercostal space between the linea postaxillaris and midaxillary;
Using pump bulbs to simulate pneumothorax and liquid to thoracic close drainage;
Care for thoracic closed dramage;
The skin pad is replaceable.
