Keytec water based pigment preparation S series are binder free,high pigment concentrated preparations,stabilized by nonionic and/or anionic wetting and dispersing agents. It can be used for interior and long life exterior water based coating according to pigment selection,with good compatibility with various polymer emulsions. The series are ethylene glycol-free, APE-free and heavy metal-free.
