(Usage suggestion)
1.In the original non- powder transparent high-grade primer, the additive amount of transparent powder should not excessive, the ideal amount is 38%.
2.At some Extra Clear Primer,crystal primer, high solide lacquer. that added talcum powder. For cost-saving, should be cut some talcum powder, then add the transparent powder. (1.5-2 times of the deducted amount of talcum powder) But the powder should not be more than 40% of totals.
3.Due to the transparent powder added to the primer,it will increase its hardness and toughness, so it may slightly be affected when rubbing.
4.Compare with the talcum powder,when dilute in the paint the transparent powder is more readily to precipitate ,so must trengthen the preventive measures of sedimentation.
5.When charging and the mixer is working.for transparent powder, need to slow down and charging in small quantity. otherwise may affect its dispersancy.
