b)  Avoiding pigment deterioration in high temperature and mechanical force caused by filtration, drying and porphyrization processes, surface treatment process has been performed at the primary particle size stage with good maintenance of color intensity and brightness.

Features:

a)  Primary particle sizes were maintained by coated with additives to retard reunion of each particles.
b)  Other properties are also improved, such as heat resistance and migration resistance. The pigments are fully dispersed with an average particle diameter of less than 300nm.
c)  An improved coloring strength, 10% higher than conventional pigments.
d)  Pigment content varies between 50% to 80%, the rests are dispersants.
e)  Environmently- friendly with no dust and no pollution.
f)  Easy to use and good compatibility with polymeric resins.
