It is made from Polyurethane (PU) and modified acrylic resin,

Properties:

 

With high transparency, full degree and special gloss, strong third dimension, the color of base material can be seen.High rigidity, low baking temperature, it will become rigid at 120°C, when temp. rise to 150°C, rigidity can be up to 4-5HGood flowing ability, lacquer film is smooth and lubricious.Good combination and penetration ability, wet film and dry film can be combined fastGood color fastness and corrosion resistance, parts can’t change color even if the temperature is up to 180-190°C.Good electrophoresis uniformity, lacquer film is smooth, film thickness can be up to 10-25 um under 30-150V, high efficiency and low power consumption.Good impact and sweat resistance.Wide-range application. Bath make-up :

 

Weight ratio à  8000 : deioned water = 1: (5-6)

 

Add 8000 electrophoretic lacquer into agitation drum, agitate it for 20min first, then add pure deioned water gradually as per ratio 1:1, and agitate for 20min., added deioned water for the second time is twice of one for the first time, agitate it for 12hours continuously.

2.  Add prepared lacquer into electrophoresis tank, then add the balance of deioned water into tank, aging it fully for use

 

Replenishing process:

 

Add concentrated electrophoretic lacquer 8000 into agitation drum.Add trinal working solution while agitating evenly.After agitating for 30min., make it aging fully, then add into auxiliary tank for cycle.Try electrophoresis production.

Deioned water for bath make-up must keep conductance below 5us/cmBath temperature must be controlled at 25~30°C ( cold and hot cycle control)Parts must be cleaned fully before entering into tank, in order not to drag acid or alkali into tank.Parts must be dry before being put into baking oven, keep constant temperature for 20-30 min.

 

Storage:

 

Electrophoretic lacquer must be kept in cool and dry place. Storage time: 6 months. If over the period of validity, it still can be used if test is ok.
