Ordinary ball valve is not suitable for taking the roles of controlling.

Newbase has solved the flow characteristic of ordinary ball valves successfully.

 

With a disc which has a concave sphere, the actual flow is controlled by the holes of ball valve and V hole of characteristic disc together.

 

Although the flow coefficient is reduced, but it's equivalent to the globe valve in same caliber

In order to avoid using a pipe throttle in most case, each size of the throttle valve can be used in different Kvs value.

This characteristic control valve is driven by an actuator. Actuator is controlled by a standard controller control and drive the ball valve to rotate to the appropriate position according to the control signal.

 

Simple open-close mode can be 2 or 3 line control mode as customized.
