Aluminum Plastic Composite Pipe extrusion machinery 

1)       The production line overcome the disadvantage of big expansion coefficient,bad anti croop property and easy distortion of PPR pipe .it can produce normal PPR pipe and aluminum plastic compound pipe.

2)       The inner layer of this compound pipe is normal PPR pipe,covering aluminum foil on PPR layer,then coating the outer layer with PPR pipe.Then aluminum foil and PPR pipe is stick by special hot melt adhesive.

3)       The production line is make up of PPR inner layer aluminum circle pipe gluing and outer coating pipe.With the feature of normal PPR pipe of high temperature resistance and easy connection.

4)       The production line is good at small hot expansion coefficient(one thirds of PPR pipe),durable of high pressure,anti-UV and low temperature good compression strength.
