1. Single screw extruder adopts the latest grooe barrel and high efficiency screw which can provides high output and perfect plasticization capacity.

2. Extrusion mould: Adopting the streamline diehead, the wall thickness of the pipe can be easily adjusted.

3. Vacuum calibration device: Vacuum spraying water chamber and spraying water cooling tank, the tank body is made of stainless steel.

4. Haul-off machine: Adopting 2 pedrails, 3 pedrails, 4 pedrails, 6 pedrailand 8 pedrail haul-off machine.

5. Cutting machine: Chop-free knife cutting.

6. Stacking unit: Automatic overturning device

7. Electri control system: PLC automatic control system or electric control cabinet
