Application and Feature:

This production line adopted high efficient screw extruder with the feature of high speed extrusion and high efficient plasticizing.Shielding double-pole mixed PPR specialized screw is applied and the cylinder has channels in it.Being equipped with the new secondary shunt type mold, it has the advantage of low temperature and low pressure extrusion. Water film sizing sleeve, guaranty the pipe high speed extrusion.Controlled by the PLC computer system, has the good Human-machine interface.Customer can choose to assemble label extrusion unit to produce pipe with colored label. It can also produce PE, PERT pipe by change mold.
