ERW/API355 pipe production line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ114mm- Φ355mm with 4.0mm-16.0mm of wall thickness and produce profiled pipe also within the limit of processing round pipe.
The technical flow of the production line
Feeding strip→Uncoiler→Straightener→Seven roll Flattening→Strip Steel head-tail butt welding→Spiral accumulator→UT Tester→Forming→High-frequency induction welding→External burr Removing→Internal burr Removing→Polishing Roll →Online UT Tester→Post annealing→drawing →Cooling→Sizing→Numerical Control Flying Saw→Pullout roller table(water washing)→Pipe End Flattening→Water Pressure Testing→Weighing and Measuring→Painting and Marking→Packing→Warehousing

It can reserve save 60% charge on rollers.
One set of roller can be used to product any round pipe betweenφ114 and φ355 front of closed pore. And roller in front of closed pore neednt be changed. The roller after closed pore need be changed!
