Application of PVC double pipe production line
This production line is composed of cone twin screw extruder, vacuum shaping box, spraying cooling box, hauler, cutter, tilter and coordinated with different specification of moulds. It can be widely used in pressured water-supply, draining, chemical antisepsis, wire and other specification of PVC pipe materials.
Characteristics and features of PVC double pipe production line
1.The main machine is SJZ 51/105 or SJZ65/132 cone double-screw extruder,which is equipped with double tube single-control stainless steel spraying shaper to form a production line .
2.It advoids a waste condition when one tube is ajusted and the other one is affected.
3.The auto single-control double hauling machine and cutting machine are combined with the front shaping technology to make operation more flexible and you can enjoy economic benefit which is brought about separately by controlling double-tube extruding.
4.The diameter of the extruder pipe is from Φ20-Φ63.it can fully use the extruding capacity of the extruder.
5.Even if it produces small diameter pipe,it can get great output,too.
