PCCP Spiral Cylinder Welding Machine

The scope of forming welded steel has been expanded to DN1.4~DN4.0m. In 2004 we developed a small-diameter PCCP DN0.6 ~ DN1.2m Thin Steel Spiral Cylinder Automatic Welding Machine, now we can use width 1000mm, 1250mm, path extended to DN0.5 ~ DN1. 4m.

Above the mold core there is an automatic arc-submerging welder on the movable frame, when steel sheet is released, mold core is also auto rotate in the same time, automatic arc-submerging welder relies on automatically tracking device to walk along spiral line of steel sheet, and weld steel sheet as a seamless steel tube. Bell and spigot are welded meantime to achieve a final steel tube in once.
