Though the main ingredients of allicin oil are vitriol and aether compand, it is with stable chemical characters and decomposes under the high temperature more than 120 in the circumstance of non-acid. It will compose with long time discovering under the ultraviolet radiation.

The allicin powder is a kind of premix of the allicin oil absorbed on the stated carrier; It's a kind of white liquid thin powder.
