The 5GM1600-1800 high obstructing film production machine is made up of five/seven single screw extruders ,die heads , 1600/1800 film auxiliary engine. The host machine are controlled by Japanese Fuji transducer.The die head is adopted by the international advanced new conical surface streamline superimposting technique.The haul-off system are adopted ±360° horizontal gyro-reciprocation. The IBC system is adopted by ultrasonic to control internal cooling and new electrically operated mouse cage type frame to keep film steadily, Ultrasonic automatic assembling system, automatic friction full tensility system to control winder and unloading.
