XL-N2C-A pet blow machine, full-automatic linear type, suitable to make cold-filling or hot-filling pet bottle below 2.5L,  2cavities, output is 1500 bottles/hr.

1. About XILI machine

XILI linear type PET blow molding machine includes 3 series: XL-N series, XL-S series, XL-H series.

The volume of PET container:0.05L~5L.

The types of PET container include cold-filling bottle,hot-filling bottle,wild-mouth bottle,bottle with handle,bottle with complicated shape.

Application fields: mineral water, carbonated beverage, fruit juice, tea beverage, milk beverage, edible oil, cosmetic, detergent

Advantages: simple structure, stable running, high efficiency, low energy consumption.

2. Machine features

(1) High automatization and intellectualization

   The whole working process is completed by the machine automaticly. The touch screen can monitor and adjust the operating status of every part, automatically detect the problems.

(2)Main components use well-known brand, machine running stable

   XILI machine electrical parts use Schneider/ Mitsubishi brand, The pneumatic parts use FESTO brand, high-performance PLC and high-speed positioning of servo motor ensure our machine running stable

(3)High output and low energy consumption

   XILI machine one cavity output can reach 1000~1500bph. On the condition of same bottle neck diameter, just change the mould, it can make bottles with different shape and volume on the same machine.Each heating unit has 6-8 layers infrared lamp, it can save energy through adjusting the infrared lamp according to the height of preform.The energy consumption of XILI machine is just 70% of other company machine, and the rejection rate is only 0.2 percent

(4) Single structure and Low maintaince cost

XILI blow molding machines are all of linear structure, it is very easy to operate and maintain. It is well-known that the price of non-standard pieces is higher at least half than the standard one. Xili machine's simple structure and the usage of standard pieces decide low maintainance, it can save much cost for you

(5) Technology innovation in clamping system

XL-N series blow molding machine use the cylinder to drive the crank to control the clamping system, it can avoid the swelling mold and big mold line under the effect of pressurization plate. XL-H series high-speed blow molding machine use the servo motor to drive the double crank to control the clamping system, not need pressurization plate, which shortens the time of clamping mold and improve productivity.
