1. About SINY machine
SINY rotation type PE blow molding machine includes 2 series: 4 station series and 6 station series. The volume of PE container:5ml-800ml.
The types of PE container include: cold-filling bottle, hot-filling bottle, wild-mouth bottle, bottle with bottle with complicated shape.
Application fields: milk, ice lolly, fruit juice, medicine, pesticide, toys and other hollow containers.
Advantages: simple structure, stable running, high efficiency, low energy consumption.
2. Machine features
(1)High output and low energy consumption
SINY machine 6 station output can reach 1000~5000bph. On the condition of same bottle neck diameter, just change the mould, it can make bottles with different shape and volume on the same machine. The heating part are adapt heating rings, with low heat power consumption. The energy consumption of SINY machine is just 30% of hydraulic machine, 10-12 kw pwer hour.

SINYmachine electrical parts use Ziri brand, The pneumatic parts use FESTO brand, high-performance human and machine interface ensure our machine running stable.
(3) Single structure and Low maintaince cost
