DH-FS-660 Plastic Shredders is used to break (pp/ps) plastic, sheets, tubings, profiles, board sheets, etc.

The whole machine is made up of a hopper, an up knife box, a down knife box, a rotary knife-shaft, a knife fixator, knives, a loading hopper, a pulley, a balance wheel, a motor, a sieve and a base-frame. The rotary knife-shaft is equipped with three groups of adjustable knife claws. The gap between fixed cutters (flat knives) are adjustable (according to the material thickness). There is the best cutting angles between a flat knife and a knife claw-about 7 degree so that the products can be cut into uniform materials. According to different requirements, knives can be replaced. Components such as the hopper, the main body of the machine, knives, and the filter can be easily demolished, cleared, and maintained. Refined and high-quality steel knives make it easy and convenient to be replaced and maintained. Sealed bearings last and rotate well.
