The fast wire moving locus is controlled by precision step motors, Teamed with our standard profiler software , The fast wire contour cutter also has a safe system to prevent accident. If produce line have any problem , the alarm will ringing , and the safety system will be opened, so the machine would be stop immediately .
The biggest density of foam ,which can be cut, is about 300kg/m3 foam.
