Usage:

This auto cutting machine is special for cutting roll of difference dimensions, materials is protected film, optical tape, foam tape, high temperature tape, 3M double faces tape, metal paper, green tape, some non-adhesive material and precision tape.

Feature:

Cutter positioning:

the knife block displacement is servo system drive, and precision ball screw transmission, load-bearing knife block of square linear slide rail; movement of smooth right and left, adjustable speed, positioning size of precision cutting.

Feeding knife:

you can choose servo feeding knife or hydraulic. This way is smooth and adjustable speed. The knife block moves positioning that it is precision, safety and limited length.

Positioning limit:

it is photoelectric sensor and machine, two ways use for feeding knife and knife block to move positioning at the same time.

Handle data:

touch-screen data input; setting different cutting specifications in the same shaft; PLC programmable control processor and centralized processing, automatic cutting.
