Plastic Hopper Dehumidifier
TAD Ceramic Honeycomb Rotary Humidifier
Why you are recommended to use dehumidifier?
Poor molding of plastic products mostly comes from poor dehumidification and drying. U.S Plastic Association recommends that the plastic prior to molding must be dried to the water content of 0.02% and below. For defects including poor transparency, sticky pouring channel, blurs, bubble, bullion, flow mark, crack, poor dimension stability, internal stress and insufficient product physical strength, the cause of most of them is that the plastic is not fully dehumidified and dried. Particularly, highly soaking plastic including PET, PBT, PA and PC requires drying equipment with a super low dew point (dew point -40°C).
Features:
1.P.I.D temperature control system, has regenerating temperature settings .
2.Two types of honeycomb rotor with different dehumidifying capacity and effect.
3.Equips with dehumidifying heater and temperature control gauge as options to dry and dehumidify the raw material.
