Functions and description
The equipment is applicable to blow plastic film of HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE. It is widely applied to packing of foodstuff, clothes and textiles, commodities and industrial packing. Its ingredients can be improved to product pearl tint film and decomposable film.
1, the screw and its canister are made of 38 Al-Cr-Mo alloy and nitrogen processed. They are of high hardness, strong erosion resistance and endurance.
2, Chrome plated die head, spiral model screw ensures smooth and homogeneous products. And the cooling system is of maze style with steady cooling rate.
3, Rolling equipment adopts pressure and friction or center rolling. It is modulated by torque motor. The film is rolled tidily and roll is easy to replace.
