3.The mould is featured in easy mould adjusting, equal sheet thickness, constant flowing speed, high hotutilizatiion, energy saving with the internal heating configuration.
4.Temperature control uses SCR system, tolerance of temperature which is ±1°C. This may precisely control plasticizing processes, sheet thickness and flatness.
5.Tow-day adjustment of screw and pressing shaft realizes precise control of sheet thickness.
6. Flatness and even thickness of sheet can be achieved with the optional embossing roller sized 290mm and 350mm, the bi-circulating cooling system, and the embossing temperature control from the PLC mould temperature controller.
7. With PLC and hydraulic controlling system, the cutter precisely slices in set lengths and set countings.
